You guys know that I am a huge supplement fan. I always try to be aware of things I can take to feel, or look better.

Right now I have a really good supplement stack going. I’m taking a probiotic I love, a solid multi that has Vitamin D and B12, and a few herbs here and there when I need. There’s nothing better than knowing that you’re covering all your health bases.

So when Kyowa Hakko reached out to me on trying their Setria® Glutathione I was PUMPED because I have been hearing about Glutathione lately in L.A. It’s been a topic of conversation in workout classes and by chatting with other wellness babes who are in the know.

Glutathione (although the word may be hard to pronounce) is naturally occurring in your body. Yes, we all have it!  It’s a powerhouse antioxidant that, is found to be low even in healthy people.

(Major key for me here, so much that I need to repeat it: It’s naturally occurring in your body so, it’s nothing weird or out of the norm if you take it).

You can ALSO find foods that are rich in Glutathione, such as avocados, tomatoes, grapefruit, garlic, pears, spinach…all of the good stuff like that. The usual suspects for healthy living!

BUT! What’s causing the lower levels of this master antioxidant?, Poor diet, chronic stress, environmental toxins UV light and even aging are just a few of the things that can decrease our bodies ability to produce it.

YUP.

Sorry y’all but most likely if you’re a living breathing human you could have low levels..
